Refund Policy

At Swastha Care, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we offer return and refund options under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including all seals, labels, and accessories.
  • A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation, payment reference or invoice) is required.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to product damage, defects, or incorrect items.

How to Initiate a Return

Important: Do not send any products back without prior approval. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

If your return is approved:

  • We will provide detailed return instructions.
  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will issue a return shipping label.
  • For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
  • Returns requested due to change of mind or lack of interest.
  • Perishable items, custom or personalized orders, hazardous goods, and personal care products once opened.
  • Gift cards or items purchased under final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We kindly request that you inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with an unboxing video. We will review the situation and offer a suitable resolution—either a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will inform you whether your refund is approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that bank processing times may vary.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received the amount, please reach out to us at swasthacare3@gmail.com.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, the fastest method is to return the current item (if eligible) and place a new order separately once the return is approved.

International Orders (Outside India)

Due to high shipping and customs costs, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for international orders.

We request international customers to carefully review product details before purchasing. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send a clear unboxing video to swasthacare3@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We will assess your case and provide the best possible support.
